Horseback riding is always paid in advance
Cancellation policy:
The riding lesson must be canceled by 3pm the previous day. If the rider cancels the hour on the same day, the amount of the ride will be charged to the rider. In case of illness, the hour of the same day can be canceled free of charge with a medical certificate. The hour will be canceled via SMS or WhatsApp to 040 567 6107.
Insurance:
All customers must have valid insurance for accidents.
